Cosmikal has received the Breakthrough Cybersecurity Vendor Award at the 35th edition of the Ejecutivos Awards, one of the leading events on the Spanish business calendar. The award recognizes the company’s track record and growth as a vendor of cybersecurity solutions developed entirely in Spain.
The award was presented during a ceremony held in Madrid, attended by representatives of some of the country’s leading companies and organizations.
Cosmikal CEO Víctor Pascual accepted the award, noting that it “recognizes the efforts of an entire team committed to developing proprietary technology and demonstrating that Spain can produce cybersecurity solutions capable of competing in the most demanding environments. It encourages us to continue innovating, growing, and contributing to greater technological sovereignty.”
Cosmikal shared the spotlight at this 35th edition of the Ejecutivos Awards with leading companies and professionals. The honors presented included those awarded to Germán Larrea, Managing Director of Verisure Spain, as Executive of the Year; Meliá Hotels International, as Company of the Year; IFS, for Technological Innovation; Samsung, for the Real-World Impact of AI; and V-Valley, for Excellence in Humanizing the Brand, among others.
Recognition for technology developed in Spain
At a time when digital security has become a strategic issue for companies and institutions, the jury recognized the company’s ability to advance proprietary technology from Spain and help strengthen organizations’ technological sovereignty.
By developing and controlling its solutions in-house, Cosmikal can offer its customers greater adaptability, control, and technological evolution while reducing reliance on third parties in areas that are particularly sensitive from a security standpoint.
A track record defined by innovation
In recent years, Cosmikal has consolidated its position as a vendor specializing in the protection of IT and OT environments, developing solutions designed to ensure secure access to critical infrastructure and systems.
